The existing conditions of the historical Downtown Baton Rouge Gordon’s Building are in need of restoration and revitalization. One can find the Gordon’s Building two blocks north of the Mississippi River on 232 3^rd Street. The Influences upon the site include the existing retail shops and restaurants, which will act together with Louisisana Harvest to further the urban revitalization of Downtown Baton Rouge and the development of an “urban village” in southeast Baton Rouge.
